I have had this lens for quite sometime, bought for reasons that completely escape now.
Have been viewing the amazing works that people have been posting.

The wind was a problem, causing the sunflowers to sway. I had also to avoid standing on other plants around me.
Clumsy is a less than accurate work to describe me.

This is handheld and cropped square to 300mm x 300mm which allows me to print on A3+ paper.
Made several pictures, this was as close as I got to getting the bee in focus

Thanks to all the people who commented. Have been doing something a bit different. Attended a portrait workshop and took so people photographs. I think it is back to the birds and the bees for me.
