Some images from the women's basketball game between the University of Waterloo Warriors and the Western Mustangs, played 27th January 2016 at UW.

I used my K3, and smc Pentax-DA* 50-135mm. All the images were shot at ISO4000, 1/800s & F2.8.

I'm quite pleased with the results, given the poor lighting, resulting high ISO noise, and shallow depth of field.

I'm still trying out different settings and technique but I'm finding that using spot exposure metering, AF.S, single point AF, & back AF button, gives me a reasonable percentage of keepers, but there's always room for improvement.
