You are correct when you say that macro lets you " see " everyday things differently. Good photograph. Well taken.

It looks almost like a close-up of a whale's eye..... or maybe that of an elephant. Isn't it wonderful how a good macro lens makes you look at the world differently that you used to? Photography in general is like that if you're a good photographer. I've never seen a GOOD one that didn't have a GOOD eye! Too many folks are in to much of a danged hurry to just stop and look at what's in their surroundings. What a pity, 'cause they're missing so much in life.

There's also a profile of a birds head. End of beak just above the nail. Could be a new Warchatz(sp) test.


Rorschach. I wasn't even close. Was buggin' me so had to look it up.
