I keep looking at the image and ask myself; can it be possible he/she knows how to please a photographer ? There seems to be a conscious tilt of the head and a professional stare into the lens. And then there is the deliberate capricious arrangement of the leaves under the chin as if trying to be humorous, or so it it seems.

But most likely I just lucked it.
