Thank you!

The dog is a border collie. And yes - he looks like a panda indeed.

Once we met a young lady, who was really very afraid, when she saw him. Because she has a panic horror from dogs, as she told us.
"But this isn't a dog!" - I said .
"No?"
"No. This is a panda."
"Wow - panda? He is beautiful!"
And she left smiling.

Thank you,

It is quite easy to take a picture of my cat. But it is not as easy with my dog. Because of his black and white face it is nearly impossible to make a correct exposure. Without losing details in shadows and getting highlight clips.

I know how hard it is to shoot a Border Collie ... I have one as well.
Great dog ... dunno what I'd do without Holly ... she is the best companion.

Love that last shot, Peter! Wish my puppy enjoyed water that much. You should post more in the 'Pet thread' where cats rule... mostly

Yes - BC are VERY fast and often black and white. Horrible combination.

Thank you - there is a Pet thread? I have tons of pet shots.
Your puppy can still learn to enjoy the water. My doggie also was not very happy at first.

thanks.

First I have to shoot some pentax photos. It wouldn't be kosher to put there my nikon pictures I think?

My Border Collie was quite unhappy in the water in the beginning.
