A few at Rocky Mountain National Park
Posted By: Gordo, 07-06-2008, 05:48 PM

Yesterday we hiked Boulder Brook Trail in Rocky Mountain National Park. This lightly used trail climbs alongside the Boulder Brook, home to many small rapids and mosquitoes. Although it's just a small brook, water level was high due to snow melt runoff. A handful of wildflowers painted the trail, but peak wildflower season is still a few weeks away.

Very nice - I love the lush, green of these shots, which really represent the rich appearance of mountains in the summer.

Thanks,

Jer

Very nice. Many small brooks offer some great photo ops that often get passed by.
