Some more Mac =)
Posted By: DuckysDoll, 07-07-2008, 09:06 AM

We went to the Zoo yesterday, It was HARD not to stick on my 50-200, but I was there to test the macro more.

It does pretty good for distance, but i'm not use to not using Zoolander! LOL!

Here are just a few.. more to come! =)

You may be seeing A LOT of macro's from me! LOL!

One of my distance shots! Have to edit the other's! =)

How Funny, I half advised you to get a raynox 250 just in case you ended up not really liking macro photography... What a fool I am sometimes..

Carie, You are macro...

Nice shots, again. I am with Gary, throw up some fair to middlin' shots, so those of us who have been shootin' macro's for a few years dont feel so bad...

I apologise for my unresearched/reasoned comment....should have read the exif data or should have said "She used flash,'may be'" ..and should have thought a little before replying..

As you rightly said, metering to highlights will render the shadows as dark. but where does the lens come into picture? shouldn't the rule prove for all lenses whether good or bad ones?

here is mine with a flash with a 45years old screw mount lens..anyways, hate the nocturnal effect of images like this..
