Sorry slowpez gotten post these^^;

Took the FA 50mm f1.7 for a walk at the same time tested the K20D with the Vivitar+10 macro adapter. Result aren't as good as on K10D, but it's still a good way to get macro on 50mm lens^^

Raynox is not worth the money. I have a DCR-250, I find it slightly better than the Vivitar +10. But the Vivitar +10 cost like US$10-25. A reverse 28mm will give u way better result than Raynox DCR-250.

However, if u intend to use Raynox on a prosumer then it's a diff thing. Raynox rox with prosumer.

I've seen quite a lot of "post your pictures" threads here, where people have used Raynox macro adapters with great success.

Have seen all alternatives side by side? Or seen the shots at 100% cropped with no PP? Raynox aren't really cheap, if u compare to Vivitar +10 adapter or ext tube or reverse macro.

Edit: I don't know if u had seen what I do with a Tamron 90mm Di + Raynox DCR-250 + Vivitar +10 before. but u can see here.

Thx^^ I believe it's due to the resolution of the adapter. U'll see much detail lost on a 14MP than a 10MP.
