For some reason the 3rd one, where I really needed it, the shutter speed went down to 1/800s. then it went back up, weird. All the same burst.

I am really suspicious of a glitch in the exif. 1/4000 to 1/800 to 1/3200 in one second burst just seems wrong. Especially since every exposure seems correct.

Fast moving clouds...

How about ISO and Aperture - did they stay the same?

All 8, ISO 100, -1.3 EV.
