Just got my FA 50 (Dog lovers take a peek)

Thanks for all the kind words. vdubbin099, definitely pick one up as soon as you are able, it really is a remarkable lens for the price. Took me almost a month to get it (on backorder from Abe's of Maine), but it was totally worth it.

I also have the 50 1.4 and I love it very sharp lens today they delivered my 77mm limited.....havent shot anything with it yet wanna put a uv on it first.....ive heard that its a great portrait lens...will post up when i get some shots with it....

mmmmm...77 limited. Maybe someday I'll be able to afford one but I'm happy with the 50 for now

FA 50 is a must have lens in any serious kit IMO. I'm considering a spare after I get a Sigma 10-20. very good shot as well.
