The Haytor Rocks are a prominent natural landmark high up on the moor in Dartmoor National Park, Devon, UK. Plenty of long distance views, and I was blessed with a clear and crisp early morning last week. I got up to the rocks around 6-45am. I set up the tripod and when I was facing into the sun I decided to shoot some brackets due to the extreme high DR in the scenes. With 5 shots I decided to try Photomatix Pro, and settled on the Fusion technique, tweaking each slider. Final processing and detailing in PS CS2 and Topaz Detail.
