first time shooting firework C&C welcome

hey guys here some pictures i took on the 4th. this was my first time shooting fireworks so any comments would be greatly appreciated.

thanks everyone greatly appreciated.i was suprised how hard it was to keep the right shutter speed. just to let you guys know i was using a k100d super with a 28-200 sigma lens with a uv filter.

first time shooting fireworks eh? doesn't seem like you had much trouble judging by these shots... (#5 is my fav)

I liked these too. I noticed from the EXIF data that you used a range of settings - proving again that there are many ways to get excellent results.
Looks like it was a good show!

thanks for the comments i actually took alot more picture and the show was long so i got a chance to mess with a bunch of settings these we some i thought were the best.

Marco, for a 'first timer' you sure nailed the technique for fireworks. Excellent shots!
