Along a small river
Camera: K3 Photo Location: Arz National Park Germany
Posted By: volley, 04-09-2016, 02:51 AM

Yesterday I had the first chance to go back to a National Park area located just 90 minutes drive from my home.

K3 with DA 4/60-250 with a Haida "Big Stopper" ND filter

K3 with Sigma with EX DG 3.5-4.5/15-30 and a Haida "Big Stopper" ND filter

... and a few details you can find as you walk along the river.
All with K3 and DA 4/60-250

Many thanks, and you are right about the species. The German name is "Buschwindröschen". You might try to pronounce:-)

Ha, I get tongue-tied by my native English enough, I'll leave that to y'all. Nice to see you roaming around the wald, though.

Living close to Germany does have its perks. I can pronounce "Buschwindröschen"! The photo's have a intimate feel to them and you did a real good job dissecting the landscape in small and somewhat bigger chunks of 'goodness'

Beautiful with Buschwindröschen (wood anemone) out! The Ilse seems to still carry a lot of water - as it did when I took a picture for PROJECT 52-8-5 Camera related- Slow Shutter Speed in February, fairly different from how I knew it from our usual late spring visits.
