Here are some really tiny critters.........
Lens: DFA 100 macro 2.8 WR Camera: K3 Photo Location: Alberta, Camada ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/160s Aperture: F16
Posted By: Heinrich Lohmann, 04-16-2016, 09:08 PM

.......this was the largest one that day at about 10 mm

This tiny weevil was not identifiable with the naked eye, about 3 mm in total length

this was the tiniest spider that I have ever seen

overall length of this tiny beetle was about 2mm, it just looked like a speck of dirt on the wall.

All were taken with the K3 and the DFA 100 macro 2.8 100mm WR plus 48mm of extension tubes and are 50 to 70% cropped.

I love it when you do bugs Heinrich. Wonderful collection though I wouldn't invite any of them into my home.

Hi Susan and thank you. Some of these critters are so small, you wouldn't know that they were in your house.

That's some impressive detail. The first photo looks very cool with that texture in the background.

You're welcome. Mark's fine - I'm way to informal for the "sir"!
Kind regards,
Mark

Great shots - now I really want that 100 Macro (and I know that there's a lot more than the lens involved here - namely a very skillful photographer!)
