Had to stand in the middle of the stream to take this shot but it was worth it I think.

Susan, with so many people that visit the Smokies it is very hard to keep a secret. I actually returned from the Smokies yesterday and I'm sorry I did not meet another Pentax photographer.

Wonderful, the Smokies are such a beautiful place. I hope to make it back again someday.

We just got back last week. Met a lot of photographers but no pentaxians.

It is one of our favorite places. Our home park. Hope you make it back. It is beginning to get really crowded in the off-season now.

No where special that's for sure. Sometimes in winter I get the blah's and sometimes I get burnt out on computers as I work on one all day and sometimes life's events get in the way. I have disappeared a few times , this one might be by longest though (my last post was October 2015 ?) , it nice to 'see' some old friends still posting

My kind of image.You tend to more fondly remember the ones that required more effort. Wonderful tranquil composition.

I noticed the date, but it’s still a wonderful eye catching shot, Susan! This would look fabulous as a metal print, with those intense colors...
