I am sure others have seen signs of spring before me but here up in Manitoba, Canada just recently the leaves on trees and shrubs have appeared as well as a couple of flowers alongside my house. I love spring and taking pictures of flowers, the colours are so rich and there are many interesting patterns. Here are a couple to start off the season. There even appears to be an insect ready to spring out of the flower.
