When Extra Detail Is Required

My first ever pixel shift, not something I will use that often, but certainly now again for product shots maybe.

Thank you, more or less straight out of the camera, little or no tweaks.

Nice one. I've got to try it for real too, but away without a tripod.

Aye I read the instructions for doing it and a tripod is recommended, especially at shutter speeds this slow.

Beautiful specimen both as a subject and as an image of the pixel shift feature. To my non professional eye this camera has very safely passed by a comfortable margin the point at which digital now exceeds the performance of medium format film.

That's down to the K1, I only stood by with the remote trigger.

love the lighting as well
Very simple set up, natural light on a window sill, a sheet of A4 white paper curved for background and one gold reflector to the left.

I bow to your superior memory for one, as really can't remember the detail levels of MF film, but I know it was certainly a very high quality imagery that it produced.
