Coming Home!!
Lens: AF Nikkor 70~210mm non D lens Camera: Nikon D70 Photo Location: Cannon Beach, Oregon ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/500s Aperture: F5.6

Here is a photograph that was taken at Cannon Beach, Oregon last year. I was quite fortunate that it came out as well as it did, since I was in the middle of swapping out lenses when I spotted this seagull. Please enjoy and feel free to offer any comments/suggestions.

Thanks EM. You can tell this was taken with a telephoto lens because of the tint of magenta on the clouds. Happens even though my camera is set to Auto for White Balance. Still not too bad considering I was flying by the seat of my pants shooting this one. What is interesting is the median point between the bend in the gulls wing and the crevice in the lava rock below. Again, many thanks.
