At my dentist.

That's not the most hi tec dental surgery I've seen...

There's probably a dental nurse in the next room pedalling a bike to spin up the drill.

I don't fancy the all the nowadays modern equipment and prefer the old way to get my teeth repaired.

Yes of course and also the smell of burnt bone caused by lack of cooling when drilling.

Yes, that is a must! And the N2O- gas offered is not that effective.
