This photo needs some time to "feel" it. To follow the lines and see symmetry. So, it keeps my eye on it for some time - and it is what a good photo have to do!

Let the OCD reign, meant as a compliment to the attention to detail and lines. Big question how did you manage to get this shot without a single soul there; spread rumors of nasty clean up in process, yellow caution tape?

This is an arresting and captivating photo, for sure. There's a remarkable combination of symmetry and mystery - great eye, great PP.

Thank you all.

There is one soul on the platform - but I was lucky, shortly after people started trickling in. The trick is to book a flight early on a Saturday morning, so you have to catch the metro at 5 am (BTW, my camera's timestamp is way off in case you checked).

Gorgeous shot. I spent a lot of time exploring the various heights and depths of the shot.
It's all our ultimate goal: a photo that stops you and forces you to explore.
Thanks for sharing.

Very nice! So much to enjoy here, it's the image that keeps giving the more you view it. You've obtained quite the dynamic feel from a relatively static subject. Bravo!

I might not have spotted the person if you hadn't pointed him out. Makes for a pleasant break in the image. In fact the one thing that was "disappointing" for me is that the image wasn't centered on my screen as this just made it seem off since everything else is so symmetrical.
