ballet lessons

Is he really practicing ballet? I'm not sure just what this young bird is, He could be a Rufous-sided Towhee or a Spotted Towhee or even a Dark-eyed Junco or perhaps a Black Phoebe. A Black-headed Grosbeak? HELP!!
