I was finally able to get some shots of ospreys. These are heavily cropped.

I see the ospreys from time to time but the bald eagles I guess chase them off. On this day the eagles were all down river so I did get a chance to see the ospreys fish, a lot different than the way the eagles do it. They seem to dive in and submerge their whole body in the river while the eagles skim the water and just dip their talons. Come November their should be a few hundred bald eagles here and I'm hoping I have my technique down with the K-1 and DA-560.
