Awesome shot! has a very "fine art" feel to it.

I was going to say too, that it does remind me of your flowers. Bright vivid colors and a dreamy look. Not totally unlike you, just a different subject! I think it's cool. Maybe if someone did something like that to MY face my age wouldn't show quite so much!
lol, yeah if I could do this to my face too!

Nice work! Dreamy and effective. Visually arresting, especially with accented red, blue and yellow.

JMR
thank you so much for your feedback

Thank you, trying something new with people shots. Guess as I am hearing "same tech that works for the flowers is working with people" thats a quote from Stu, lol

It reminds me of some of your flower shots, actually. I like it!
I am with Timbo on this Rosemary.. to me it is very similiar to your "monetish' pictures.. maybe just just not as much..

It reminds me of the posters that I used to really like that only showed a womans eyes, small outline of a nose and her red lips.. I really like it...

BTW, if the red lipstick wasn't applied, it wouldn't have the visual impact, IMHO...
I agree Marc.. the red lipstick makes the pic....

Great job Rosemary.. Keep up the great work!!! Kim

I"m not really a fan of high key images but this is nice. I like the colour brought in by the eyes, flower and lipstick. Only thing I would try for is to bring back the background a little so we could see her profile. But that's just me. Keep playing with PP Rosemary. You're doing a fine job!

Thanks Kim! Good to have you back from your vacations, lol I am trying to see if I use my impressionistic tech that I use on flowers works on people. I did add in a darker lips stick and burn the eyes a bit to bring them up. YAY, I figured out how to do something in PS, lol

Hm, I took several shots of this pose so I do have one shot in a more normal style but even at that the back ground is pretty much a guys white shirt. Not sure how much background that really is.
