Mystic Seaport: The Charles W. Morgan
Camera: Panasonic LX100 Photo Location: Mystic, CT
Posted By: Sailor, 06-25-2016, 08:21 AM

I love Mystic Seaport, a place I've visited a number of times since I was 12 years old. I was fortunate to be there last Monday on a gorgeous June day (about 75 F) with nearly cloudless skies and without the crowds I've normally encountered at the Seaport.

Here is a series of shots of the Charles W. Morgan - I apologize for the large number of shots, but when it comes to the Morgan, I can't stop pressing the shutter button.

I'll be posting other photos of the Seaport as I get them processed.

Hey, thanks buddy. We did go into town for ice cream right buy the draw bridge, which opened while we were there to let in a beautiful old schooner that was being used as a tour boat. Unfortunately, I left my camera in the car.

I liked Mystic when I was a kid growing up on LI. My dad would take us over in our boat. Great times.

Man, those must have been good times. I'd love to come into Mystic from the water.
