example of the kind of pic/editing me and my best friend used to do, she has a great mind for taking a boring image and re imagining it...... she did all the editing, colors, added the water, etc etc

thankyou, we used to do tons of collaborations like that, but dunno if this is the place for such heavy edits, it's less a photograph than a manipulation heh

I guess it's part of that old debate about the role of photography - to represent the "reality", or to express something. Or both. A bit like the Dutch school vs Impressionists. I prefer to stay away from such debates.

Quite mystical and other-worldly. I like it and I too prefer to stay away from the debate of photography vs. art.
