An Ugly Duckling

An ugly duckling yesterday, it bloomed into Cinderella today..

Nice shots. I like the last two the best. What a wide variety of looks you got out of that one flower.

Thanks for viewing. They were shot with my 33 y/o (Pentax MX) M Macro 1:4 50mm lens. Still great!

....just to clarify my earlier respnse that my cactus photos were taken with the 33 y/o macro lens on Pentax K10D.

Thanks. Because of the 1.5 factor on that manual macro lens, I had to add in a +4 close-up filter to get a closer view.
