messing about again with my SMC-K 28mm f3.5 lens, and suddenly thought about another mechanical marvel sitting on my shelf...

For those wondering what it is, it's a Curta calculator - an amazing fully mechanical device that can do complex addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. As a size comparison it is pictured next to my SMC-M 135mm f3.5 lens.
