It is feeding time...for some swallows
Lens: DA*300 and DA*16-50 Camera: K-3 Photo Location: Vlieland ISO: 800 Shutter Speed: 1/320s Aperture: F4

Mom/dad was feeding the chicks that just left the nest. This is just part of a longe sequence. Food was transferred in very efficient way!

Cheers,

Remco

They look like a Barbershop Quartet in full song. Very well captured.

Thanks! This was after a week shooting mainly video and I was rather tired. A guest on the camping I was staying, insisted I should see this. I am glad I did.

Rob, thank you! When I was changing lenses one of them lost its balance and, for a moment, hung upside down on the branch. That had my number one photo but sadly I was to late. Oh well...

Quintet ?
Perhaps, but not everybody is joining in.

Thanks! When I machine gunned this sequence I had been waiting from some time for one of the parents. You really have to be ready because they take a surprisingly short amount of time to do this.

Thanks! I am also rather chuffed with them being more of a landscape shooter type...
