How did you get so much color on the bird while it is against the sky? Amazing.

Thanks Igor, I might have got a bit lucky - the camera was set to TAV and Spot-Metering, the ISO was automatically reduced to 100, but it may have been blinking indicating overexposure of the overall scene (I was only concentrating on the focus!). Highlights and Shadows were adjusted in Post Processing.
