Dog Day Afternoon

I'm afraid taking pictures of an Airedale puppy with a MF tele is a bit different game than my usual Live View/tripod landscape MO, especially when I'm also the one throwing the Frisbee. A chance to play around with Catch-in-Focus, though, and to learn definitively that DOF at f4 is pretty much chuck-and-chance it...I'm checking out Burst Mode the next time I'm out.

1. Release the Kraken?

2. Many parts are edible.

3. Southern exposure.

Nice, and I like that first one, you still see the expression and then the object. I think at that age everything is edible! Looks like a lot of fun that one. Keep at it!

Ha, thanks for the comments! Maisie is definitely a handful, but she's got a sweet disposition--she's going to look like a totally different dog as adult, so I'm trying to take as many "puppy pics" as I can.
