Great shot and lovely, contrasty development. This is one of your self-developed shots, yes? Nice work!

Geez, I'm replying after 5 years....lol. I do all my own developing. This was more than likely D76 with minimal agitation. I use mostly Ilford DD-X these days as it's stocked locally and I really like it. I have since sold my K1000 and shoot a Ricoh XR at times. Inalso have a MV I'm servicing, what a strange little camera.

Well, I'm a patient man, and I appreciate the reply

Funnily enough I'm just getting into film, with my first roll of 120 loaded onto a reel and sat in a developing tank as of about half an hour ago I'll be developing it tomorrow using Rodinal I'm not expecting results like yours to begin with, but if I get anything vaguely useable from this roll, it'll be a nice bonus - otherwise, I'll treat it as valuable and necessary practice

Would be nice to see some of your more recent shots with the XR...
