Macros with the 100 F/4.

Great shots. I have that lens, it is excellent. You can add a 50mm extension tube and get it to 1:1.

The first one is handheld, the second and third are from a tripod. I had to push it to 1600 on the first to get a decent speed to stop the action at a macro aperture. Probably f/11, but I don't remember specifically; I try not to go wider than f/8 at this distance because it is difficult enough already to focus and to get the depth of field exactly where you want it. I actually like the manual focus on the f/4 better than on the f/2.8 FAs.
