Sometimes you get lucky
Lens: SMC-K135 Camera: K-5 ISO: 640 Shutter Speed: 1/320s Aperture: F8
Posted By: Riggomatic, 08-04-2016, 05:12 PM

A hummingbird decided to hover in front of me this evening. I had just enough time to focus and squeeze off a single frame, before it flew away.

Thanks for looking!

I'll take that! Although it is possible, the hummingbird flew in to focus just as I clicked.

Very nicely caught David. I took some of the HB's around the feeder yesterday and hope to post them later.--charliezap

Thank you! The HB's haven't been so cooperative this year. I told my wife, I'm going to stop feeding them if they don't start posing for me every once in a while.
