these were taken Saturday 9/3/16 at the Kansas City Zoo

Kookaburra

Laughing Kookaburra (Dacelo novaeguineae)

they were taken through netting. you can see the "ghost" of the netting in two photos

used the K 3 and Smc Pentax-DA L 50-200mm F4-5.6 ED WR + 1.4x converter
