Trying out the 43 mm limited and K-1 for Milky Way shot..........50 mm has been one of my favorite Milky Way lenses.....Pulls out lot of detail.....I think the 43 mm did great job

sure did! that looks great!!!
I have been fooling around using the 18-55dal kit lens & 40mmXS with the K-3ii......I am with ya on the longer focal lengths getting much better detail
this a 5 frame stitch with the 40XS using Microsoft ICE....cropped some so maybe 4 frames....I was a bit sloppy each time I moved the camera

Thanks Aaron......Nice job on yours too!! I've done some others with the 50mm and Sony a7s, which is nice camera for low light.....So far I have just been eye balling the frame overlaps, it's a work in progress
