Fishing Boat
Lens: Sigma 17-50 F2.8 Camera: K-50 Photo Location: Allen County, Ohio US ISO: 800 Shutter Speed: 1/3s Aperture: F8

A fishing boat scoots across the colorful reflections of the late summer skies. I bumped the ISO to 800 to get a little more shutter speed since the boat was moving to the dock, but it still has motion blur.

Very nice colours.
I don't know if you have ever done this but I suggest to help get rid of the motion blur when in situations where it is inconvenient switch modes on the camera, like it could have been when this shot was taken. Try using what Pentax calls Hyper Program Mode which is a feature of the K50 and K500. With the Mode Selection Dial set P for Program Mode, moving either the front or back control wheels switches the camera to Hyper program Mode. You can then incrementally increase your shutter speed to reduce the blur with the back control wheel allowing the camera to set the optimum F-Stop and ISO setting.
I've done this a few times and found it to be a good way to capture a moving object in low light conditions or quickly switch to a faster shutter speed or change F-stop settings without changing to Aperture or Shutter Priority Modes on the Mode Section Dial.
