Wrens
Lens: Sigma 70-300mm Camera: Pentax K5 !!s Photo Location: Melton

A couple of Blue Wrens in courting mode. There were two other females in the area and all four were fluttering about. I found it quite difficult to get all four in frame let alone focussed. Also very hard to get anywhere near close enough with the 300mm lens. As it is this is heavily cropped. I will have to start saving the pennies again.

Even cropped you've captured a lot of detail.

Thank you. That Sigma may be inexpensive it does a mighty fine job, in my opinion

Thanks for you comment. There were 3 competing for his attentions. Quite pushy little ladies all of them.
