Yeah. The colored version didnt do it for me. I had to try the BW to see if it give more impart to the image.
I read from some where that if the color is a little flat that is where you should try BW. It seem to work well in this situation.

Thanks.

I do not know how I missed this jewel. I do like to prowl around the site to visit some oldies but goodies. I like this very much as it is very tastefully done. Well executed, and that smile of hers is priceless.

Many thanks for sharing.

Great idea, it really shows off the details and textures, and the contrast is fantastic. I'm glad you gave two different poses for the model, I always enjoying seeing both a serious pose and a smiling one.

What a stunning first image of a stunning lady...

Have you considered just a wee lifting of the shadows to the front of her hair?

I attached a quick tweak to show what I mean, hope you don't mind.

Thanks Kerrodown for your comments. Really appreciated.

I understand what you mean by raising the shadows on the hair.

Under normal circumstance I would agree. But I think not raising the shadows reduces distraction to the face.

That hair is a monstrosity. And as bold and beautiful as it is, the focus I think should be on the face.

But thanks once again for your suggestion. I might still play around to see how it looks.

Culture.

Thanks once again Robgski. Two different posses is always nice to try. Interestingly I did not coach her in these shots. You know young girls nowadays are always practicing their pose in front of the mirror.
