Des Res (Desirable Residence in Estate Agent/Realtor speak)

Complete with outside only access to bedroom...

Myself and the "Good Lady” (Pentax-A 20mm F2.8) out and about in the town.

Aye, very much so... I watched someone tending the landscaped garden (left bottom corner) and then disappear up those stairs.

Judging by the neat outside wiring job, any TV would downstairs.

Is that two flats or one?
If two, are they both for sale? Available individually?
(I wouldn't want to buy more space than I need)

It's just the one dwelling with outside access only to the upstairs.
