Thanks. I've been getting better with the flash so i was pretty happy with this since it is straight out of the camera other than a slight crop.I shot this in manual mode and the flash set to P-TTL.

Yep, gives some nice contrast in what would have been very flat lighting otherwise - we can see the lack of shadows under these two!
