What's your starting offer? I note the usual electrical safety systems are fitted (earth faults cause the operator to be put in the earth). No concrete cancer visible, either. Usually a specialty in that corner of the world.

Ah, yes. A picket fence, but not white: a sure sign of genteel middle-class poverty...

KD, it lacks the expansive views of your later offering; I expect that the value would be down a bit for that.
