Well I like your idea probably better than I like my own crop idea.
If we are going to do some major fooling around I would clone out the nose picker, if possible, to keep as much of the young lady's leg and hand next to her in the photo, but that would be a bit of work to get to come off correct.

Funny thing is,, I didn't even realize that she looks like she is picking her nose!
she acually has her finger bent and is scratching it.... had to enlarge that one to find out
