Up one side of the river, down the other.
Lens: Sigma 70 macro Camera: K-1 Photo Location: Whitney, Ontario, Canada ISO: 400 Aperture: F8

I like 1, 4 and 5 best, all have beautiful colours, even on what looks like a grey day. Judging by the debris on the banks it looks like that river can get really wild at times.

The river came close to overflowing the bridge a few years ago, and we were in danger of having the road in front of our house flooded. We are 50 feet up the hill so no danger for us, but the bottom of the driveway could have gone under. I don't remember ever seeing the water as low as it is right now, it's just a trickle.

Beautiful shots. Looks like fall is nearing the end up there. Pretty soon everything will be white!

First we have to get through "brownvember". AT least with snow you get amazing light. The whole world is a reflector.
