Lens: DFA 100 Macro WR Camera: K3 Photo Location: Grand Rapids, MI

I went playing with my macros today. All were taken with the DFA 100 Macro WR on the K3 hand held. I really should use this lens more often. I rarely use it and that is a shame.

Very nice series. The last two shots were of Hoverflies.

Very nice detail in the Bee or Hover Fly shots, very difficult to do, they always seem to move at the critical moment. Is it my imagination or is there a noticeable difference in sharpness between the F5.6 and F8 images. I have been wondering about this lens as a complement to my DA70 which is a little short sometimes.

Thank you, I was not sure what exactly the correct name was. Thanks for the clarification. You learn something new everyday.

Thank you, I think has more to due with how much these things were moving around. They did not sit still and I was shooting in burst mode. I rarely shoot macros like these and need some more pratice. The lens is sharp right from f2.8.
