Thanks. I try to resist the temptation to "bring it out into the daylight" which would be easy enough with Photoshop.
The Cardinal is a deep woodland bird usually found in soft indirect forest light so I tried to preserve that woodland ambiance.
Often when I'm processing my bird shots I feel more like a portraitist than a bird photographer.
