The photography is amazing... hats off to you as I wouldn't know how to do any of this fashion stuff.

But the poses are quite unnatural and don't work for me at all. Except #1, but even there the way the legs are crossed...

Nice photography, nice lighting (although it seems to have made the background a bit 'flat', almost looks like a backdrop in a few of them), nice compositions and locations..
I think the model is a good looking girl but she needs more experience in front of the camera to feel more comfortable, the poses look a bit 'forced' to me.
I think if you can manage a few more sessions with her you will definitely see an improvement.
You're coming up with some good studio work and you have had some beautiful girls to work with (which certainly makes it easy to look at your photographs but, not always easy to critique, too much of a distraction).

Great shots devisor! The lighting is very, very good...wow!

As stated above, some of the poses do appear a bit stiff (not the one on your voting page on the left hand side though) and unnatural. A touch more natural expression on the model's face and body/limbs and a slight adjustment to the background's brightness (I suspect that you are using a telephoto due to the compression and it appears a tiny bit dark) - and your very stunning photos will be superb.

Fabulous work!
