Caught her on the way out the door and asked her for a few shots.
Most photogenic subject.
This is done in High Key.

C&C appreciated.

Beautiful. Very nicely done. I find the solid frame line at the bottom left distracting though, it seems the rest of the frame is feathered.

Thank you for your comments.
This is a gallery frame mount done in Photoshop and, as we see, not everyone's cup of tea.
Will have to play with the positioning of the shot in the matte and will consider your studied inputs. Thanks again.

to me, "not being eveyone's cup of tea" means you have your own style.... not being like everyone else's makes your photography unique, and that is why I enjoy it so much.
In this world of so many look a like shots, carving your own style that people can enjoy is something not everyone can say. It works very well for you!

keep up the great work, clearance.

randy

PS if everyone agreed that one of my shots is great, then I know that I didn't do what I wanted.... to have a unique photo.

I like the effect. I had no idea that something like that could even be done. It looks like a piece of quality art. Excellent subject also.

I would like to second Randy. (I also enjoyed reading your comment on the comments. So, to me this was a thread that pleased me twice. I hope you take this for the simple compliment it is meant to be.)

Clarence,

Well done!

A couple of other suggestions for you to play with:
* feather the shadow to the left some more
* drop the white vignette at the bottom or tone it way down
* impact (+ or -) of the frame size likely depends very much on image size.

I'm not a huge fan of high key PP, but you've done well not overdoing it.
Like a few others have suggested, maybe the subject is just a bit too far to the left.
