I had quite the surprise when taking photos of ducks in a small lake in Golden Gate Park this weekend - I turned around and two raccoons were approaching me from the lake. I had just a few seconds to snap some photos before a dog came by and scared the raccoons back into the water. Raccoons can attack so it's best to keep your distance. But these two totally charmed me. I'm a sucker for cute.

It was one of those beautiful fall days that make visitors to San Francisco want to move here.

Thanks! The 18-135 is a good lens - the problem is that I hardly ever want to take it off my camera so my other lenses are feeling neglected.
