In this part of the world, november is a very "grey" month for landscape. Leaves are all fallen, autumn colors are already just a memory, and we're basically for winter to show us its first snowflakes. Although this doesn't sound like ideal conditions for landscape photography, it works great in B&W! So, here's a few pictures I took during a family outing in the Jacques-Cartier river valley, about 30 minutes north of Quebec City, Canada on one of these November cold grey days.
