I agree hat is a little overexposed - but her expression is wonderfull. Nice capture.

The "overexposed" hat is part of the PP and not overexposed in the original shot.

I actually like the effect of the highlights in the first shot, the girl appears out of the background like sunlight, beautiful.

I agree. Blown highlights (high key shots) can be very effective......this is one of those instances. Great shot...
